A free DocuSign alternative
Upload a PDF, place the fields, email a link. The other side confirms it is them with a code and signs in the browser, and everyone gets a sealed copy with the audit trail attached.
How it works
You do the first two once. Good Seal does the rest, including chasing the next signer when it is their turn.
Drag signature, name, date and text boxes onto the page and give each one to a recipient. Signers with the same order sign in parallel; higher ones wait their turn.
Each recipient gets a one-off link by email. They open it, fill their fields, draw or type a signature, and press finish. Nothing to install, nothing to register.
When the last signature lands, the values are stamped into the document, a certificate page with the full audit trail is appended, and the file is cryptographically signed. Everyone is emailed the result.
Why free
We built Good Seal to stop paying for DocuSign at our own studio. It turned out that sending a document costs a fraction of a cent: a few emails, a few kilobytes of storage, one signature computed on the server. Charging per envelope or per seat for that felt silly, so we don’t.
There is no free tier that runs out, no upgrade prompt, and no watermark on your contracts. Send one contract this year or one a day — it is the same product either way.
